At BrowDefinedXO, we package every order with care to ensure a smooth, luxury shopping experience.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • During holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited editions, or promotions, processing may extend to 4-7 business days.

  • Processing time is separate from the shipping time you select at checkout.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Economy : 5–8 business days — $4.90

  • Standard: 3–4 business days — $9.90

  • Free Economy Shipping: Orders $50+ — FREE (5–8 business days)

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on destination and seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive it.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BrowDefinedXO isn’t responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Marked “Delivered”

Once an order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. BrowDefinedXO is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this happens, we recommend:

  1. Checking with your neighbors, household members, or front desk (if applicable).

  2. Allowing 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages “delivered” before they arrive.

  3. Contacting the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly with your tracking number for detailed assistance.

If you still can’t locate your order, email support@browdefinedxo.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll do our best to help guide you in filing a claim or locating your package.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, email support@browdefinedxo.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging and the items. We’ll take care of you.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only. (International shipping may be added in the future.)
