Refund policy

At BrowDefinedXO, every order is carefully packaged and quality-checked before shipping. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition you received itunused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If you receive an incorrect item or one that is defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@browdefinedxo.com with:

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement item is unavailable or if the issue cannot be resolved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
