Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a client! To ensure you receive the best experience possible, please read through the steps below before submitting your Korean Lash Lift New Client Inquiry Form.💕

 

1: Fill Out the New Client Inquiry Form

All new clients must complete the new client inquiry form. This allows me to assess your natural lashes, eye health, and overall suitability for a Korean Lash Lift, and ensures I can safely deliver the best possible results.

📌 Please do not fill out the form more than once. I review each inquiry in the order it’s received.

2: Wait for Review

Once your form is submitted, I personally review your answers to make sure we’re a good fit. You will receive a response via your preferred contact method (Instagram DM, email or text) within 3–7 business days, depending on inquiry volume.

3: Receive Your Booking Link

 Once I’ve reviewed your form, I’ll reach back out with my recommendations. If you’re a great fit, you’ll receive a private booking link to schedule your appointment.

When you receive your link, you can secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit.  Before booking, please take a moment to review my Policies — this ensures we’re both on the same page and that you’re fully prepared for your appointment.

NEW CLIENT INQUIRY FAQ:

Q:  I’m a new client and interested in making an appointment. How do I book?

First, you must complete the KLL New Client Inquiry Form. This allows me to assess your natural lashes/ lash health and determine if you are a suitable candidate for this service.

Q: Why do I need to fill out a form?

The form allows me to evaluate your lash health, previous history, and eye sensitivity to ensure safe and optimal results. This prevents booking blindly and ensures your expectations align with what can realistically be achieved.

Q: I filled out the form… now what?

Once your form is submitted, I’ll review it in the order it was received. Depending on the number of inquiries, please allow 3–7 business days for a response.

Please submit only ONE form — I’ll be sure to get back to everyone.

Q: If I’m a good candidate, can I book?

Yes! Once I review your form and give you the green light, you’ll receive a private booking link.  If your brow goals are achievable and realistic, you’ll be able to book your appointment directly through that link.

Q: When do your bookings open?

Bookings open on the 24th of every month at 6 PM, for the following month only.  Spots go quickly, so I recommend booking as soon as they open. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and goes toward your total balance.

Reminders:

All appointments are first come, first serve.

Review all policies before booking — I’m not responsible for anything you didn’t read.

My suite address is sent via email once your appointment is secured.

Don’t forget to complete your consent form prior to your appointment (it’ll be in your confirmation email).

 

Q: How do I join the booking text reminder list?

If you’d like to join my monthly text reminder list, just let me know! A reminder is sent 1 hour before bookings open so you have time to set an alarm or get ready.

Please note — being on the reminder list doesn’t guarantee an appointment; it just helps you be ready when bookings go live.

Q: What if I’m using Retinol, Tretinoin, AHA, BHA, or other active ingredients?

No worries! I’ll review your skincare routine during your consultation. Depending on the service, you may need to pause certain products before your appointment to protect your skin and achieve the best results.
